If we receive complaints from neighbors or are contacted by the police, we may require immediate check-out in order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests and residents. In such cases, the remaining accommodation fees will not be refunded.
Smoking, Pets, Fire Hazards & Prohibited Conduct
The following actions may be considered serious violations that significantly disturb other guests or compromise safety:
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes)
- Bringing pets onto the premises
- Bringing or using fire sources or hazardous materials not provided by the facility
- Using charcoal, portable gas stoves, or similar devices on the balcony or indoors
- Cooking that produces strong lingering odors or excessive oil smoke
- Any other serious violation of these House Rules
If any of the above actions are confirmed, we may require immediate check-out. In such cases, no refunds will be provided regardless of the circumstances.
Cleaning, Linen & Room Use
As part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we do not provide cleaning services or replacement of linens, towels, or other amenities during your stay.
- Please use the in-room laundry facilities during your stay or bring additional towels if necessary
- If vomiting, excessive dirt, strong odors, or damage to furniture or equipment is found, special cleaning or repairs may be required

Garbage Disposal
- Please do not use the building’s common garbage area or the garbage collection space on the first floor
- Please place all garbage in the indoor trash bins or seal it in bags and leave it inside the room
- Large items such as suitcases cannot be disposed of at this property
If illegal dumping or rule violations are confirmed, handling fees may be charged.
