Accommodation Terms

These Accommodation Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “These Terms”) define the conditions for using the Accommodation Services (hereinafter referred to as “Accommodation Services”) provided through Travelism.jp (hereinafter referred to as “This Site”).

While This Site also functions as a Media Platform providing Travel Information, These Terms apply only to Guests using the Accommodation Services and do not cover Browsing Information or Article Use on This Site.

By Booking and using the Accommodation Services, Guests are deemed to have agreed to These Terms.

1. Scope of Application

  1. These Terms apply to all actions related to Accommodation Services, including Booking, Use, Stay, and Post-Checkout Matters.
  2. Bookings made through External Accommodation Reservation Sites such as Airbnb or Booking.com (hereinafter referred to as “OTAs”) are also subject to These Terms.
  3. Matters not specified in These Terms are governed by the Facility’s separate House Rules, Usage Guides, Notices, and Conditions of each Reservation Plan.

2. Conclusion of Accommodation Contract

  1. An Accommodation Contract is concluded when a Booking is successfully made with the Facility or OTA, and the Facility accepts the Booking.
  2. If false information is provided at the time of Booking, the Facility may cancel the Accommodation Contract.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times are set by the Facility or according to the Reservation Plan.
  2. The Facility uses a Self Check-in System. If Pre-Check-in Procedures are not completed, Entry may be denied.
  3. Exceeding the Check-out Time may incur Additional Charges as separately specified.

4. Number of Guests and Capacity

  1. Only the number of Guests declared at the time of Booking may stay at the Accommodation Services.
  2. If the number of Guests exceeds the Capacity, the Facility may cancel the Accommodation Contract and require immediate Check-out.
  3. In such cases, Accommodation Fees will not be refunded.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Guests must not engage in the following Actions:

  • Smoking inside the Room (including E-Cigarettes)
  • Causing Disturbance to Neighbors through Noise, Vibration, Unpleasant Odors, etc.
  • Unauthorized Entry by Third Parties, Subletting, or Transferring the Room
  • Damage, Soiling, or Removal of Facilities or Equipment
  • Acts violating Laws or Public Order and Morals
  • Other Acts deemed Inappropriate by the Facility

6. Actions in Case of Violation

  1. If a Guest violates These Terms, House Rules, or Usage Guides, the Facility may cancel the Accommodation Contract without prior notice and require the Guest to leave.
  2. In such cases, Accommodation Fees will not be refunded.
  3. Guests are liable for any Damages caused to the Facility or Third Parties due to violation of These Terms.

7. Cleaning and Additional Charges

  1. If Damage, Soiling, Odor, Vomit, or other Issues beyond Normal Use are found, the Facility may charge Special Cleaning or Repair Fees.
  2. Charges may also apply for any Damage or Soiling of In-Room Equipment.

8. Lost and Found

  1. The Storage Period and Return Method for Lost Items are determined separately by the Facility.
  2. If Guests wish to have Items returned, Fees for Collection, Shipping, and Postage are borne by the Guest.

9. Disclaimer

  1. The Facility is not responsible for any Damages caused by Natural Disasters, Accidents, Equipment Failures, Communication Disruptions, or other Reasons beyond its Control.
  2. Inherent Building Structures may produce Living Noises, and the Facility is not responsible for any inconvenience caused thereby.
  3. The Facility is not responsible for Theft or Loss of Money, Valuables, or other Items under the Guest’s Control.

10. Handling of Personal Information

  1. Personal Information of Guests will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on This Site.

11. Amendment of Terms

The Facility may amend These Terms as necessary.
The Amended Terms take effect when published on This Site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the Laws of Japan. Any Disputes arising in connection with the Accommodation Services shall be subject to the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the Court of First Instance.
